Hey there, I’m suzanne!
I’m passionate about helping you achieve your perfect dream space.
Interior design has been a love of mine for years. It was something I always enjoyed but lacked formal education. Thanks to the encouragement of my son, I completed my Interior Design education from the Interior Design Institute of Canada in March 2020 with high honours and now I’m here–loving the journey (and waiting for the “cast call” from HGTV. The new gal on the block! haha)
The best part of my job is watching the transformation of a space from a design I created and seeing how happy it makes my clients. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me, and I hope you’ll be a part of it!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I organize a display shelf or bookcase.
Place items with intention on your shelves, things that are important and mean something to you. Items that will make you smile when you see them. Avoid clutter, less is more. Try to balance the shelves alternating height from one shelf to the next to create balance and symmetry.
Can I mix metals with my kitchen hardware?
Yes you absolutely can–as long as you do so correctly! For example, if you change your island cabinet door and drawer pulls to gold, leave the remaining cabinet hardware the same, but add a small touch of gold in other parts of your space. Try a clock, vase, or accent piece to complement and balance everything.
How do I warm up a monochromatic space?
Wood elements are a great way to warm a space. A large wooden fruit bowl or woven chargers in a kitchen for example. Try bringing in other textures as well, such as natural or faux plants, fresh flowers etc.
How can I make a small space seem bigger?
Lots of ways! Use mirrors, place them strategically to give depth to the space, place floor length curtain panels on each side of small windows to create the illusion of larger windows and higher ceilings, use apartment size seating options and keep the space free of clutter to allow for free flow in and out of the space–the list goes on!
